Normally we will have you order processed and fulfilled in 3-5 business days before shipping depending on availability of materials due to COVID. We usually keep a small amount of fresh All Natural Body products on hand that can cut down on times, but not always. Candles are usually kept in stock.

As for all candles, try to keep candles stored in an area with a temperature of less than 80 degrees fahrenheit. When not in use, store in a cool, dry location.

Tunneling is what happens if a proper melt pool is not achieved while burning the candle. Lighting a candle for short periods of time will cause what is called a "memory burn". This is usually when the candle burns directly down the center and not all the way to the edges, hence tunneling. As we light our new candles for the first time, it is very important to burn the candle until a nice wax pool reaches the edges of the container. Our candles have a diameter of about 2.5 inches, so that should be a burn time of about 2-3 hours.

Here at T's Enchanted Essentials, we use 100% soy wax. We use the proper blend of natural fragrance oils to achieve the most unique smells for our candles. We also decided to go with the crackling woodwicks to give that woodburning effect as though you were outside by the fire pit.

When burning your candle, remember that it can get very hot on the bottom as the candle gets lower, so be sure to protect your furniture during burn times by placing them on heat resistant surfaces.
