SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is received, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing .  Certain products are made to order, and certain products are kept in inventory.  All products will be packaged and mailed through USPS at the best rates possible per your choice at checkout. 

 

***Please be sure that when ordering our products that you send items to an indoor location to avoid damage from heat exposure.  When left in extreme heat, Soy wax is prone to softening and melting when left outside.  T's Enchanted Essentials is not responsible for damage to products placed in these conditions*** 

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at T's Enchanted Essentials, we care about your satisfaction with our products and want you to be 100% happy!!!  We offer a 14 day Return & Exchange Policy on Candles. If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance you purchased, you may return the UNLIT candle for an exchange within the 14 day return period. T's Enchanted Essentials is not responsible for the return shipping.  To be eligible for a return the candles must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.   If the candle is faulty due to tunneling or wick issues, we will issue a partial refund or exchange once pictures have been submitted.

***If the candle has been lit, then there will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES permitted***

 

T's Enchanted Essential Body use products are all handcrafted to use the best fragrance products possible. To maintain the best quality control, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on these products. If you are have any questions or concerns about your order, or are unsure about what to purchase, or please reach out to us at tonnalotts3@gmail.com.  We will do our best to assist and guide you with your choices.

 

For returns please email tonnalotts3@gmail.com with the subject "Returns" and please include you order number, name, and the reason you are returning the product.
